What are HTML5 ads?

In this era of digital marketing, we are well aware of the importance of branding. With the help of HTML5, you can unlock a whole new level of creative freedom to design captivating banner ads with a wide range of animation styles. By using HTML banner ads, you can enhance performance.

Should I choose animated or static GIF banners?

GIF ads are typically either static images or animated images with changing slides to form movement. An animated GIF banner will usually include basic animation in order to keep the file size in line with publisher's restrictions. Too much animation or movement can lead to large file sizes. Digital technology has evolved we recognise the importance of creativity in display advertising, if you're looking for an animated banner ad, we recommend HTML5 formats.

Rich media advertising has been around for some time but the recent development of HTML5 tech has given designers the possibility to create some really dynamic creative banners.

Can I provide my own design mocks for a banner project.

Absolutely! Our experienced team of graphic designers will work with you to understand your vision and incorporate your ideas into every step of the design process, ensuring you receive a design that is tailored to your unique needs.

What is the expected timeframe for seeing our designs?

We understand the importance of quick design turnaround to meet deadlines. We aim to deliver your banner designs within 5 business days. Some projects can take much more time to complete depending on circumstances.

Who owns the copyright?

Copyright on all creative work we produce is always shared between us and the client. In a nutshell, we retain the right to be recognised as the creators of the artwork, and you get the right to copy or reproduce the artwork for the purpose it was created. According to the Australian Copyright Council, a design is automatically protected by copyright, if it is:

– an artistic work as defined in the Copyright Act;
– the result of some skill and effort, and not merely copied from somewhere else; and
– fixed or captured, for example, on paper or on a computer disk.

In that respect, all concepts, designs, sketches and ideas we present to clients remain 100% the copyright of the graphic designer. But once a design is approved, the client has the right to use the approved designs for the purpose they were commissioned. Sharing copyright with our clients mean we are always acknowledged, whenever appropriate, as authors of the creative work. IP is always ours, and the rights to reproduce the design–the copyright–goes to the client.
